What are you doing about COVID19?

Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test will be required for entry. Additionally, our vendors will be masked. Guests are welcomed and encouraged to wear masks when they are not actively eating or drinking.  We are taking every precaution to protect one another against the spread of COVID 19.

What should I wear to the event? 

The event is cocktail dress code with a Red, White & Blue theme so wear one or all of those colors but be comfortable enough to dance in! 

How should I get there?

We recommend Lyft/Uber, SEPTA (Spring Garden stop) or walking, but if you prefer to drive, limited street parking is available in the area

 

Will there be food and drink?

Yes there will be food and drink.
 

What can I expect at the event?

Event registration begins at 5:00 pm.  After you register, you will have access to the event activities including a raffle, photo booth, dancing, and more.  There will be a short program at 7:00 pm.  The event concludes at 9:00 pm.

Are credit cards accepted the night of the event for raffle and other purchases?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as cash and check. 

Will I receive a physical ticket in the mail?

You will not receive a physical ticket the mail, your name will be registered at the door when you check in with our volunteers.
